Fear
and anger are just like ghosts. Allowing fear and anger to take control over
our actions give them the strength to grow. Accordingly for this reason, we
must take great care not to allow our anger or fear to be our controller under
any of the circumstance. The secrets of health for both mind and body are not
to mourn for the past and worries about the future.
There is need to avoid the anticipation of troubles and live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.
Living in present increase our awareness and observation towards our surroundings. Successful people live in present and increase their observation being in present. Well established fact is that the opportunities are all around us but it depends on how we look towards the opportunities. Most of the time we miss the opportunity because we don't focus in present. By living in present, we can learn things quickly. We can get new ideas. Living in present improves our creativity. Living in present helps to improve our decision-making power and most important we shall live a happy life.
